We recently bought a car stereo here and had it installed in my daughter s car by their professional installer. To make a long story short, installing it turned all the dash lights on in the car, and they couldn t figure out why. Told us to take it to a dealership and they would pay for any problems they caused, but the dealership only put the car on the scanner and didn t even check the radio wiring. I recently called Pacific Sound to see if they could install a marine stereo with speakers in my 2005 EZGO golf cart. On two seperate occasions I explained to them what type of cart it was and that there was nothing pre-installed (fuses, mounts, wire ran) and they would have to do that all. They said no problem, we ll look up the cart on the internet so we know the best way to install and mount everything before you get here. i have always purchased my gear from them, the manager always took care of me on deals, never really had problems. was very suprised that he was no longer with the company, but the new sales guys took care of me.
Simply put, I dont like these guys. Pompous and Arrogant
I will never do business with them again either. I agree the manager does not deal with any problems that they create. He believes their work to be faultless. They installed a sterio for me and after blaming all the problem on another person, they forgot to hook up the am/fm sterio antenae. They disconnected or cut the wire to my interior lights and when I said one of new speakers they had installed had fallen tot the bottom of the door. They simply called me a liar. I have always went to pacitic sound for my subs and components, I just had 3 ten Kickers put in and they rock also very reasonably priced same as crutchfield, this is the fifth system I had put in with pacific sound and wont be the last.. by far the best in the region and if anyone tells you different I hope you like getting ripped off and having your subs blown. I had a remote starter put in for \$500 with a lifetime guarantee for as long as I own the car. So, far I have had to put 4 brains in the starter. They have had my brain, for the starter since May. The store manager wil not even address me when I come in. He offers no solution for the problem. He did offer me a much cheaper model not compatable to what I had in the car.
