I have been going to Pacific Somatics in Mukilteo and have been working with Ruth in Functional Integration treatment. This method of gentle touch and movement have made a tremendous difference in my pain level. I'm able to move more freely and am aware of how these movements affect my overall health. I just tried the Awareness Through Movement class and while the movements seemed so simple, I felt great afterwards. I highly recommend you try Pacific Somatics and learn more about the Feldenkrais method. It works!
