Very friendly customer service from reception right through to dentists and assistants. Always found Toronto branch to be helpful and understanding. Very sad to hear Toronto is closing.
My family & I see two different dentists at Pacific Smiles Toronto & we're all very happy with the level of care and service provided. They've been particularly good with making the first-time (and subsequent) visits for my child an overwhelmingly positive experience.
