This place is shady. Going to let my insurance know. How am I suppose to get better, still having the same issues. Must be overworked
I don’t know what other people on here have been talking about because I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with these people. Dr. Menn is such a wonderful doctor. He really listens and is very thorough with his patients. And Lorina is absolutely amazing! Very kind and personable. She makes the whole experience so much easier! Plus, she deserves all the praise! She’s a one woman show getting patients what they need in a timely manner plus doing everything else. 10/10 would recommend!
Save yourself the headache and just ask for a referral to a different place. They dont answer their phones and dont return calls. The most frustrating medical experience I've had to date
I have the hardest time getting thru to these people ive left messages no calls returned at im just gonna ask for another referral somewhere else
I have the same observations as all the other posts. Seems they are not interested in improving! Update, 5/16/25, office manager called me and was quite amazing. Thank you. To all those suffering with this condition, my heart goes out to you. We sure take good sleep for granted until we don't have it.....
