My experience with Pacific Sleep Services has been deeply distressing and unprofessional. After my sleep assessment on 28 March, I was told I had to complete a 4-week CPAP trial costing $400, which I later learned was not mandatory. I was also charged an undisclosed 0.85% surcharge. Paul was very polite and personable, and my initial consult with the Dr was also a positive experience, however that is unfortunately the extent of the positive feedback I can provide. They do not offer any Telehealth services regardless of your personal circumstances, and that simply isn't acceptable in 2025. I had to get the 'preliminary' results sent to my own GP as theirs refused to call me. Popped into CPAP North Gosford this morning Ashley helped me out with my enquires and equipment for my machine. Nothing is ever a problem Ashley always goes the extra mile Highly recommend
Would not recommend this place to anyone. The consultant in charge of my father's machine was very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, called him 'a problematic patient' when he asked questions about the machine and did not explain anything. There was no reassurances or contact outside of the consultations, and I'm also not impressed that they seem fine revealing other people's personal information to other customers.
