This is the worst place that I’ve ever dealt with ever! I did a Sleep Study on December 17, 2025 and it just finally got to my doctor today! They were horrible to talk to on the phone. They never had an answer I kept following up to find out where the Sleep Study was and I could never get an answer and even my doctor called and couldn’t get an answer. So disgusted with this place.
So far horrible experience. Did my test in November and my machine malfunctioned requested them to request to send my results to my doctor as an urgent request told me to call my Sutter doctor to send in a request which they did at the beginning of December. 4weeks have passed and I asked my doctor they didn’t receive the results. The doctor at the Tracy office is great, but trying to get a hold of anyone to request a prescription refill or supply re-order is next to impossible. You leave a message and never hear back. Because of this, I'm going to be forced to find a new place to handle my sleep issues and supply re-orders.
Honestly one of the best doctors I have ever had. Staff is friendly, and the doctor listens to you. This is one of the first doctors who has helped me, and I am so glad this office exists.
One of the worst place to make an appointment. I have. Alex them twice to make an appointment for my dad and the girl put me on hold both times for over 15 mins and hang up. So frustrating! They need to hire better staff.
