Terrible! The communication is awful. Basically there is none to very little. I've called them various times and had appointments and still can't get the right equipment. I haven't been using my CPAP machine because I don't have the right equipment and now my insurance won't pay because I don't have the right equipment so I don't use it. I have not had a good experience here at all.

Nice friendly staff. Dr.'s were able to figure out what is wrong within a fairly quick time frame. The at home sleep study process was easy and stayed on all night long.

This is the worst place that I’ve ever dealt with ever! I did a Sleep Study on December 17, 2025 and it just finally got to my doctor today! They were horrible to talk to on the phone. They never had an answer I kept following up to find out where the Sleep Study was and I could never get an answer and even my doctor called and couldn’t get an answer. So disgusted with this place.

So far horrible experience. Did my test in November and my machine malfunctioned requested them to request to send my results to my doctor as an urgent request told me to call my Sutter doctor to send in a request which they did at the beginning of December. 4weeks have passed and I asked my doctor they didn’t receive the results.
