I am sad to even give a star. I have had nothing but problems getting the items I ordered. It is almost impossible to actually talk with a person. Not recommended.
I had an excellent experience at this clinic from start to finish. The administrative staff was welcoming and efficient, and Marissa, the therapist, was outstanding. Within minutes, she helped me find the perfect mask fit with her expertise & professionalism. The team is both knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of their services!

Unfortunately I have found that the service from Pacific Sleep care has gone down since I first went to them, this is when they were still on Bowen Rd next to the sleep study place (almost 6 years ago now). At the beginning they were caring and would contact me whenever they noticed that I have been having problems. Pacific sleep care is very helpful amd accomadating. Nadia at the front desk is so pleasant to greet you and help with information that you need and Marissa was knowledgeable and considerate of my claustrophobia. It was a good experience
