An issue I was having with my CPAP unit was resolved quickly and efficiently by Pacific Sleep Care in Courtenay. Brieanna at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, charged me nothing for her assistance and even included a complimentary power cord. A great local business well deserving of support!

I spent $2700 on a mouthpiece / appliance for my sleep apnea. At first, the appointments went smoothly and things progressed quickly and I paid the bill in full. That's when the customer service stopped. I had TWO separate major problems. Each time, I called and explained what the problem was (both times I was in quite a bit of pain) only to be told that they would "get back to me". And then absolutely nothing...
