I arrived at the office for an emergent support need. My 5year old cpap was not working. I had very little sleep had a headache and resuming symptoms of Afib.A young lady was entering at the same time. It was 9, the lady was the receptionist and the office was not supposed to open till10 and it was 9 . Holly said not to worry hit me all set up I came in and picked up everything I needed the same day! Junky equipment and frustrating process to get a diagnosis of sleep apnea at the Campbell River branch. I actually gave up. The process of booking test equipment, putting it on, having it blink red and fail and then getting feedback that it didn't work is strung out over weeks. On two separate nights it failed: first on the breathing-input node, and second on the other side where the sensor feeds in from your finger. Go elsewhere.
