Have purchased interior doors, TM Cobb, patio slider and windows, Milguard, mostly self installed except for 2nd story windows. Prices were always competitive. Milguard lifetime warranty is the best. However, recent visit for a new front door did not pan out, changing double to 42" wide single with operable sidelights. Went in to purchase 2 new windows. The guy sat behind his desk, never offering me a seat. He yawned throughout his Google map inspection of my house only to tell me that it would be too hard to use a ladder to access the windows. Wow!
So glad I went with Pacific Shores. I put off replacing my windows for years because I dreaded dealing with contractors, but these guys made it genuinely painless. No pressure during the consultation, no surprises on the bill, and the crew was respectful of my space the whole time. My house looks completely different now in the best way. Two of my neighbors have already asked me who I used and I sent them both here. Just a really good experience start to finish.
We had a great experience with Pacific Shores Windows and Doors. They replaced a slider that was leaking after the rains. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend them to others.
My estimator, Marc was great. The guys that installed them were nice and friendly. Regarding the installation however, they left the windows with caulking on them. I asked them to clean off the caulking and fingerprints which they mostly did, but I had to ask. Later, I saw on the receipt they state that they are not responsible for cleaning the windows.
