My estimator, Marc was great. The guys that installed them were nice and friendly. Regarding the installation however, they left the windows with caulking on them. I asked them to clean off the caulking and fingerprints which they mostly did, but I had to ask. Later, I saw on the receipt they state that they are not responsible for cleaning the windows. We have used Pacific Shores several times for windows and sliders at our home. Today they installed two new windows, not retrofits, and did superior work again. The installers displayed great customer service skills, Heather in the office is awesome, Mark the estimator is very helpful and the products they provide are the finest quality. Highly recommend this company for your windows and doors.

I could not be happier with my experience with Pacific Shore Windows. Heather is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows what she’s doing. The install went flawlessly As Conrad and his team worked their tails off to get everything done, right. Highly recommend these guys if you’re considering windows. Give Heather a call you’ll be glad you did.

Disappointing. If they don't keep their posted hours how can we trust them? We were in the area several exits away so decided to go check them out. But no one was there. But at least they have a showroom, as we've been trying to find places to shop a few places even have that. So be sure to call before you go as they might just decide to leave early that day.
