Jose, Jeremy, and Heather are true professionals. I appreciate that they came out a year after to fix the windows.
We have used Pacific Shores several times for windows and sliders at our home. Today they installed two new windows, not retrofits, and did superior work again. The installers displayed great customer service skills, Heather in the office is awesome, Mark the estimator is very helpful and the products they provide are the finest quality. Highly recommend this company for your windows and doors.
I could not be happier with my experience with Pacific Shore Windows. Heather is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows what she’s doing. The install went flawlessly As Conrad and his team worked their tails off to get everything done, right. Highly recommend these guys if you’re considering windows. Give Heather a call you’ll be glad you did.
Disappointing. If they don't keep their posted hours how can we trust them? We were in the area several exits away so decided to go check them out. But no one was there. But at least they have a showroom, as we've been trying to find places to shop a few places even have that. So be sure to call before you go as they might just decide to leave early that day.
I can't say enough good things about this company as they are the real deal. We had them replace an old set of French doors with a new slider and we couldn't he happier. The entire process from the selection of the door, to the measurement, to the install were professional and seamless. I highly recommend Pacific Shores to anyone needing doors or windows!
