The caulking around the window had gaps which cause a leak from the rain. Spent allot of money for these windows with them. They covered only first 5 years, if to come out $250 dollars.
Excellent customer service. My neighbor got their siding glass door replaced and loved it so I gave them a call about windows and doors. He patiently explained my options for windows and got a quote for a new slider.
They were awesome, Best price that I found for my Mill Guard windows. They were in and out so quickly. No mess left behind. I recommend them completely.
