Some branches are better than others, but overall I have been very dissatisfied with them. They blocked wire transfers going from one legitimate bank to another, wouldn't recognize the small deposits I needed to facilitate transfers to my IRA, and gave me so much hassle about my self employment small business income on a loan I finally gave up and just had to pay cash. Basically, they absolutely failed providing any of the things I would want out of a credit union, and their interest rates are pretty bad, too.
Credit union teller and the manager were respectful and very helpful to assist and complete my transactions in a short time. I have a full satisfaction with products and services offered at PSCU.
I've been a member of PSCU for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied at all. I gave up on BofA a few years ago and moved everything over and wish I had done it sooner. The customer service is impeccable, professional, helpful and friendly. I PSCU!
