I did their online deal for my storage unit, very easy and user friendly! Did all paperwork online. They give you suggestions online for what size would work best. The office texted me I was done and able to move into my unit! Super friendly! I would recommend!
Joseph is WONDERFUL, keeps the place very clean and has excellent and respecting customer service skills. He was able to accommodate my needs even though I had reservations for another unit -- which would not have been suitable. I'm so glad I decided to book on-site.
