Very good company. Fantastic experience
My mom has worked with this company for 36 yrs and has been a lead for her line for 25 years. Today April 27 2023 my mom was fired for not being being a good lead after 25 years by a manager that has only been in her area as a manager for not even 1 year. My mom was harassed by this guy since November of 2022. if your looking for a career in this company be prepared to be fired for your hard work. Just a heads up to all that work hard for a living.
I worked at PacSci for almost a year and although I loved the work I did and my team I had to leave because of the harassment that happens there. The HEAD of H.R. Is a joke, I'veI've had multiple occasions where I've been harassed and nothing was done about it. A Co worker that is working there currently is being harassed physically and HR is doing nothing to handle it. As a young adult trying to make in the world, I would stay away from this place. They see you as expendable and not of value to their establishment
