Awesome customer service! Not sure what all the low scores are for...? I've been with Pacific Sanitation for 8 or so years now and they have always done great. Every time I call I've had great customer service over the phone. I must admit, I've made a few late payments and they never judge me or are rude about it. I also love the garbage drivers. My two sons love watching and they are always friendly and wave at us! We've even missed taking our garbage out and they have come back around to dump it!! And for 27 dollars a mont... read more
Not User Friendly Well, if you live in their area you are stuck with them, so I don't even know why I'm writing a review...but...They really need to update their business...Get a website and accept the methods of payment that every other type of business accepts. I really hate having to write checks every month!
mother I am very disappointed in the service of Pacific Sanitation,I had a dumpster delivered to my property on Tuesday, I was told I would have it for 4 days. It was picked up on Friday morning about 9:30a.m. I don't think that was 4 days. Tues.-Wed=1 day, Wed-Thur.=2 days, Thur.-Fri.=3 days. I called and ask about this and was told, they had no control over when they dropped off or pick up a dumpster and it was considered 4 days. For $251.21 I think they could have at least giving me all day on Friday to finish my project.... read more
