I'm moving into a new home and went to buy new appliances and electronics. They bait and switch you, and when you call to resolve Dave Martinez, the "manager", does not call or return calls. I've been on hold for over an hour to dispute a price match they had promised to honor as the appliances went on sale for 4th of July. Don't fall for the "better" service from Pacific sales. In my many years of shopping at Best Buy, this interaction has been a never ending nightmare.
