Asked Mark to come for a quote to fix a roof leak. He found the problem quickly, offered to fix it instantly. Showed me the problem tile and charged a fair price. Previous day I was completely ripped off with an exorbitant quote to do major roof work by another company. Mark is helpful, polite and honest. Highly recommended!
I have used Mark several times over the years from Roof work to other Home maintenance Jobs, he is always honest and fair on price. I don’t even ask anymore! I recommended him to my neighbour who was also very happy with his work. Good honest bloke.
We've used Mark at Pacific Roofing for a few jobs now and was initially pleased with his work. He was able to resolve some leaks that other roofers couldn't fix. The issue was that every time one leak was fixed another one would appear. In the end it seemed as though he ran out of ideas to the prevent leaks.
I called Mark for a roof issue. Came in the same day to check the problem. Took few days to give a quote to which I accepted the same day but since never answered to any of my messages or voicemails. Very unreliable.
