We just had our roof replaced by Pacific roofing. I found them to be very professional, responsive and courteous in all our interactions. They kept us informed every step of the process, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!
We had our roof redone last Friday and they did a fantastic job. Very efficient. In our front yard is a Halloween blow-up decoration that my 4 year olds had picked out just a week prior. During the roofing process, either something hit or someone stepped on the fan to the decoration and broke it. We didn't know of this until I went to plug it in that night. They are not very detail oriented. You need to get on your roof and examine their work when they want their last payment, several nails exposed and the flashing was over the facia. They did not properly seal the sewer drain vent and it ruined some dry wall, which they did help to fix. But now several years after their install, I discovered that they used a shorter nail then specified by the manufacturer on the roof ridge and now my ridge is coming off. I contacted them and they have been giving me the run around for months.
