Pacific Rim has been a customer for a couple years. From a contractors perspective they are prompt with payment and professional in operations. The upper gravel lot has been upgraded for vehicle parking. Great innercity location and dedicated staff.
Hi. Although your comment is correct, it is not the entire story. I have called and left several messages in the last 5ish weeks. I have come to the storage office at least 4 times. No one calls me back and no one is ever in the office. So yes. One star is accurate. You guys came highly recommended. So I kept on trying. I just don’t have any more time to lose.
Bought a box to ship something. They were really nice and helped me with picking the right size.
