This place does not want to see new patients. They blocked my number twice. I called from 2 different phone numbers, they will answer the phone, ask for your insurance and then a minute later the phone call will drop. I will call back and it'll say the phone is no longer in service. They blocked me twice. Not a real PT place or a place that gives a damn about patients. PT places like this usually take on too many patients, give mediocre and rushed care and love taking money from your insurance.
This is a great place for physiotherapy and have qualified doctors. Michael and Jeje are amazing and very qualified. The place is not crowded as well and there's a great amount of personal attention given as well. I have been to a few physiotherapist, this is by far the best one. Highly recommended.
I've really liked my couple sessions. As of end of January 2023 they moved to 696 E Santa Clara St # 209, San Jose, CA 95112 It's the giant 2 story concrete building on 15th and Santa Clara with a florist on the corner.
I frequently send patients here and hear nothing but good. I hear that it can be quite a busy shop. PS-Guys try to get on Athena directory so I don't need to hand write referral. Matthew Felix, PA-C
