Super quick service, I called with an issue with my heat pump (installed incorrectly by another company) and they showed up within a couple hours and had the problem fixed and my house cooling! They were clearly knowledgeable and super friendly, and will be my go-to call if issues ever arise again. It was great to have such a good experience after having a poor experience with the company that installed it, I wish I called Pacific Rim in the first place!
