Mike blew me away when he came to the house on a Long Weekend Friday when all companies were saying there were closed for the next 4 days. With a backing up sewer into the house 4 days is not possible to wait. Mike was helpful beyond my expectations. We made the emergency repair and got the house running again. He generously provided information of strategies for large scale repair work needed in a 100+ year old pipe that we will follow out. Amazing, knowledgeable, and experienced at incredibly reasonable prices. Mike found and resolved my problem (clogged drain) in less than three minutes, and then gave me some excellent advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
