I didn't use this service because they did not show to the appointment. I received a confirmation email. I was told the best way to get a response was to text. I texted 4 times and left 3 voice mail messages with no response.

I had a Groupon. I made an appointment online. The day before the appointment we moved all our furniture. On the day of the appointment my husband stayed home 4 hours waiting for them. They no-showed. We called and left voicemails. We texted them, multiple times. No response. Do not waste your time with this company.

Horrible company do not use!!! Called - texted finally got an appointment. They never showed, called or nothing.

I have been using Stephen for 5 or more years. He's a great guy who takes such good care of me everytime he comes over. I have a beautiful turquoise couch and I spill things on it about once a year to every 6 months, this time my new kittens peed on my couch. I reached out and he was able to get to me the next day - but again I'm a loyal customer who's been with them since they moved here from WA. Highly recommend him.
