The treatment program is very solid. It really saved my life. Steve is a wonderful counselor with 30 years experience. This staff will do everything possible to make you comfortable on your road to recovery at Pacific Ridge.
I came here for treatment and I was in real bad shape. I called them and they got me in the next day. The staff is wonderful. They help you detox and then work with you to learn the tools of recovery. They work with you on the mental, physical, and spiritual part of recovery. They cook you three meals a day, with snacks in-between. Its not a vacation by any means. You have to put in the work to get something out of it. The treatment facility is good, but the secretary could really use some secretarial skills. As far as taking a message for your staff, she must know what it is. If you say personal, she insists on knowing the nature of the call. If you say it's personal, you'd like to speak to that person.Only she insists that she can help you with the problem.You can't, it's personal and for that staff member only you requested.There's such a thing called professionalism, courtesy and mind your own business which she cannot do.And I don't b... read more
my mom went here and it’s one of the best rehabs out there. the councilors care tremendously weather you are there or after your treatment and go home. they also involve family really good and get a good plan for your loved one. definitely recommend this place!
