The treatment facility is good, but the secretary could really use some secretarial skills. As far as taking a message for your staff, she must know what it is. If you say personal, she insists on knowing the nature of the call. my mom went here and it’s one of the best rehabs out there. the councilors care tremendously weather you are there or after your treatment and go home. they also involve family really good and get a good plan for your loved one. definitely recommend this place!
Place looks nothing like pics. It was dirty and not landscaped. Paid $1k out of pocket, for a loved one. Insurance was gonna cover the rest of the 28 day stay. We got a call the Friday before Labor Day that insurance denied to pay, because Pacific Ridge lied about having a md onsite, and licensing. It’s a scam!
I'm 12 years clean from opiates, went here for my first four weeks of that. Now I'm married with kids and own a business and workout everyday and practice my faith. Back then it worked for me, hope it works for you if you want it to.
