Last year we bought a new home in Sidney and while the home was lovely, the yard was not what we wanted. We contacted a local, boutique landscaping firm called Pacific Ridge Landscapes Ltd. Pacific Ridge Landscapes recently completed for us a redesign and installation of our small seaside garden and patio. We liked the design Merle and Katie prepared, and it was amazing to watch their young crew bring it to life. Jen, Karys, Ryan and Cait worked as an efficient and amiable team. Worked through the design process and spent $2500 to come up with a plan after a few zoom calls and a few site visits. They ended being extremely delayed(up to a week in most cases)or flat out non responsive in getting back to me in answering minimal questions.
