Pacific Ride made it a breeze for my insurance claim rental. They arranged everything with Tesla Insurance so my rental would be ready for pickup right after dropping my Tesla off at the body shop. They allowed app access so I was able to track, precondition and pair my phone as a key so I wouldn’t have to rely on the keycard. Highly recommend!! I'm already a Tesla owner and Pacific Ride made it feel like I'd imported one of my own cars to drive on this vacation trip. They provide Tesla app access (this is a huge benefit you can't get from Hertz!!), premium connectivity for hooking up to your spotify account and getting full traffic/GPS capabilities, etc. Customer service is easy and very responsive. This was my second rental with them and I will definitely be back.

Can’t recommend them enough. Seamless process. I opted for an airport pickup/drop off. Extremely convenient. They are professional and responsive and the Model Y I drove was awesome! Will definitely book for my next trip to San Diego.

Very easy, fully contactless rental. Extremely responsive support via text messages. Great way to try out a Tesla, or do a long weekend road trip with lots of comfort and leg room.

Excellent customer service. Clear text messages to sign the contract and checkout. At first I thought it was a scam. How came a company rent brand new Tesla? I rented the 2021 Model 3 double motor for 3 days. I loved it. I would have appreciated a checkin with a real person, not through text messages. Tesla is not a "normal" car. It took me one hour to figure out as I never received instructions from them on where the key was hidden, how to start the car, etc..
