I have been referred to doctor Sateesh as I’m told he is the best rheumatologist in Qld but the customer service of his receptionist Cheryl has been disgraceful, Never have I ever come across such a disrespectful person originally my appointment was Jan 2024 but at my doctors request I got in early. My text message from Cheryl was to go to tugun office but the appointment was for Southport so after sitting in traffic for hours to make the appointment as I was grateful to get in early but I lost my appointment due to no fault... read more
We saw Dr. Parham with my mother. After seeing 2 other rheumatologists we finally got an honest answer. He also works in Gold Coast hospital which is reassuring. Can’t thank him enough
