I was looking for a retinal specialist in the AV area , i had been a patient at the UCLA Jules Stein eye institute,, I found Dr Parks and im so glad, hes very knowledgable in his field, and honest with his answers, after 2 years of injections at ucla , i found Dr Parks to be the best, painless and quickest to date, his staff is very nice and informative, and the facility is clean, and modern, i feel im lucky to have found him and iam glad to be under his expert care.... mark hall
