This is extremely long over due!!! Since I’ve been thinking of becoming a mommy again, I had to submit a review. Okay so the place was clean and the staff were nice but that's it. This is why I give a 1 star despite that... I placed an order for sperm and waited a really long time. (it was a big order, few days seemed a bit excessive) and when the product was ready to be picked up. IT WAS COLD!!! Seriously??? Not cool, the catalogue is super misleading. I had to go home and use the microwave

My wife and I went to PRS for a possible IUI and met with NP Lizbeth, who made us feel at home and has been professional and honest from the very beginning. Because of medical reasons that PRS could not help us with, we had to seek fertility treatment from a different clinic (we chose usc fertility). Lizbeth from PRS has been honest and open about our chances of a successful IUI with PRS and recommended to seek help from a Reproductive endocrinologist.
