They bought apartments and I liked them . The office is real nice.
Horrible customer service
The worest place to ever rent from!! Kicked my three kids and I out on the street for not reason (they call it a no cause termination) now I cant rent through any other property management companies. They will not give any reasons to why my power wasn't paid (even tho I paid it to them) I had no complaints only live in apt for a year then they just kicked us out! They started out great but then they changed a lot of things. It doesn't feel friendly in the office anymore. We got an on site property manager who made life hell. He made a lot of changes and put termination notices on doors when it could've been a kind email. I feel anxious coming home and pure panic sets in everytime I get something in the mail. I would not recommend renting from here anymore
