I went to see an apartment and before seeing it, I walked the entire complex and it was filthy! You can tell they don’t care about maintaining their units as there were broken blinds in most if not all units, garbage all over the grounds, dog poop, and when I did step foot into the unit I was there to see, the carpet was pull up as is someone was just cleaning underneath it instead of replacing it and the carpet was stained and the place smelled horrible!!!! I left. No way I’d rent from these slumlords!!!!!

I have had no complaints with my experience. I think the staff is very friendly and they were able to meet my housing needs. Thank you to everyone there and all of the hard work that your team puts in.

I’ve been at my property for over a decade. This is the third property manager that has run the property since I moved in. I’ve had the worst experience renting from Pacific Rental Properties. Their management practices are concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in questionable legal practices. They seem to be overly aggressive and discriminatory at times. I moved to Medford yesterday 07/16/2025 from across the country. My first time in Oregon. I go to pick up my keys and my first interaction with anyone in medford is at the pacific rental office. Absolutely horrible! Not one of you ladies had good hospitality or customer service. While I was sitting waiting for someone to get off lunch to give me my keys they were talking crap about the tenants who were calling! It cost nothing to be calm, nice and pleasant with tenants!
