I'm a landlord whose former property manager contracted with Pacific R&R to remediate a flooded laundry area. I would not recommend Pacific R&R for residential work. The flooding happened on 12/12, and Pacific R&R started remediation shortly after. The dryout and demo quote and work seemed reasonable. It took significantly longer than the estimated 3 days, but I get that it's impossible to guess perfectly when most of the damage is hidden by walls/floor. The problems started after dryout finished. Left me without running water in kitchen for days... then left my apartment a construcion site. They told me the process would be 4 hours, then turned into days/weeks. If I knew my apartment would turn into this I would have never started this process until after holidays. No communication whatsoever.
