This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a water damage situation. After they started drying everything for a week, I find out their plumber left an unattached water line in the garage, so we had MORE water damage! If you like attention to detail and don't like pushy, aggressive people please avoid.

When our rental home burnt down a few years ago, it was one of the worst things that happened to us. Superb. Pacific Remediation really saved my basement. I originally had another company do a mold remediation and they didn't complete the job after they didn't pass the test. I called James and Hanley and within a week, they were at my place cleaning up the mess and doing a stellar job. Passed mold inspection with flying colors. Not only were they friendly, they were fast, efficient and really stand by their work.
