We used Pacific to remediate a leak in our bathroom and to do the whole remodel. Would totally recommend. These guys are the best contractors I have ever worked with and we are so happy with the finished result. Although I’m glad to have a beautiful bathroom, I’m sad to finish working with them.

I'm a landlord whose former property manager contracted with Pacific R&R to remediate a flooded laundry area. I would not recommend Pacific R&R for residential work. The flooding happened on 12/12, and Pacific R&R started remediation shortly after. The dryout and demo quote and work seemed reasonable. It took significantly longer than the estimated 3 days, but I get that it's impossible to guess perfectly when most of the damage is hidden by walls/floor. The problems started after dryout finished.
