We recently stayed as a family of 4 and had the best holiday we’ve all had in a while. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the location is perfect for young kids as close to restaurants and the beach, the rooms are also clean and well kept. We had a Premium apartment (middle tier) and will likely book the same apartment next time we are in Burleigh!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Pacific Regis, so close to all the shops on james street and right across from the beach. The apartment was very clean and fitted with everything we needed for the week. Staff were very friendly as well. We will definitely be back next year

I am currently staying here for a few days from the Central Coast of NSW. I took the NSW XPT overnight train up here and had to get off at 4am AEST. The reception ladies were nice enough to let me check in early after they cleaned the room after they check out the previous guest. I am staying here with my mum. And we had to go and buy some new plates as the bowls we are provided with aren’t really bowls. They are more like plates with a very small depth, but not as deep as a bowl would be. I feel like we had a very similar experience to the review from four weeks ago, from “Food & Travel” We booked a deluxe room with “Ocean Views” I have triple checked, and it’s definitely listed on the website, along with Air Conditioning. The AC didn’t work, we let reception know straight away on the Friday at 3pm, we were booked in to stay Friday & Saturday nights, we got a txt on the Saturday morning to thank us for letting them know & that an AC technician will be out on Monday to have a look, (that’s not going to help us... read more
