This is my happy morning with installer of Pacific range Hood coming in to install model 8130. I have been using Pacific Hood since 1997 since then machine did not give me trouble at all still running in good condition. To decide to replace new range hood as this is mother's gift to my wife. I do not give notice to other brand only Pacific. On time installer promptly fix new hood to replace the old in an hour time. Sales lady not honest.... I had a Pacific range hood in my kitchen. I wanted to buy 2 extra plastic oil cups (those tiny plastic hood range accessories) to catch the oil dripping from range hood as they are getting very oily after use. They checked the price & told me that each plastic cup will cost me @$3.25 (i.e. $2 X @$3.25） When I went to the showroom in Aberdeen Cente. The lady said @$10 + taxes.
