Sales lady not honest.... I had a Pacific range hood in my kitchen. I wanted to buy 2 extra plastic oil cups (those tiny plastic hood range accessories) to catch the oil dripping from range hood as they are getting very oily after use. They checked the price & told me that each plastic cup will cost me @$3.25 (i.e. $2 X @$3.25） When I went to the showroom in Aberdeen Cente. The lady said @$10 + taxes.
It’s certainly my 5+ stars review for Pacific Range Hood. I’ve been using an old model Pacific range hood for about 25 years. It’s quite noisy even though it’s still working. Knowing the quality and reliability of the Pacific range hood, I decided to upgrade to the latest model of Pacific range hood. The appointment with Shelley at Bridgeport went very well two weeks ago. Purchased a range hood and it's been working great. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the most suitable range hood fan. They spent a lot of time answering all our questions and how to use and maintain it. We are really enjoying the one we got. Excellent customer service and high quality product.
We placed order 2 Range Hoods at Aberdeen Location store, and staff was able to help us to make good selection according to our kitchen size and usage. We really like to the New TruSteam Range Hood model, its steam cleaning system made huge help and save lots of time from cleaning the greasy and smelly filters, and it's very easy to use. We are happy to install this in our Chinese Kitchen, and highly recommend New TruSteam Range Hood model to the one who wants to have easy operation, simple maintenance and clean kitchen.
