I have been using Pacific Hood since 1997 since then machine did not give me trouble at all still running in good condition. To decide to replace new range hood as this is mother's gift to my wife. Sales lady not honest.... I had a Pacific range hood in my kitchen. I wanted to buy 2 extra plastic oil cups (those tiny plastic hood range accessories) to catch the oil dripping from range hood as they are getting very oily after use. They checked the price & told me that each plastic cup will cost me @$3.25 (i.e. $2 X @$3.25） When I went to the showroom in Aberdeen Cente. The lady said @$10 + taxes.
It’s certainly my 5+ stars review for Pacific Range Hood. I’ve been using an old model Pacific range hood for about 25 years. It’s quite noisy even though it’s still working. Knowing the quality and reliability of the Pacific range hood, I decided to upgrade to the latest model of Pacific range hood. The appointment with Shelley at Bridgeport went very well two weeks ago.
