Fantastic service. I had a few different Yakima key cylinders that I didn't have keys for, and Pacific Rack figured out what keys I needed for free and sold the keys to me for $5 bucks per key. This was way cheaper than REI, which wanted $15 dollars to *just identify* what key I needed (which takes only approximately 2 minutes). Thanks Pacific Rack

Jacob is knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are competitive, and he's had in stock or been able to order within a few days anything I've needed. Buying locally makes so much sense. He's installed roof racks and a hullivator (kayak lifter) on 2 vehicles for me, and I'll use him any time I need racks or accessories.
It was very impressed with every aspect of this small local business. I purchased a used roof rack system to upgrade the factory installed crossbars on my minivan. They installed it in a couple minutes for no additional charge. The prices and service were way better than anything you can get at REI. I will definitely be back for all of my other rack related needs.
