They did a fantastic job! Quick to answer the phone and eager to help in person! Very knowledgeable and similarly prices to those found online.
Jacob is knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are competitive, and he's had in stock or been able to order within a few days anything I've needed. Buying locally makes so much sense. He's installed roof racks and a hullivator (kayak lifter) on 2 vehicles for me, and I'll use him any time I need racks or accessories.
It was very impressed with every aspect of this small local business. I purchased a used roof rack system to upgrade the factory installed crossbars on my minivan. They installed it in a couple minutes for no additional charge. The prices and service were way better than anything you can get at REI. I will definitely be back for all of my other rack related needs.
Overall great experience from messaging online to in store experience. Together we had a box picked out and on top of my car installed in less than 30 mins. Would highly recommend to anyone!
