Since change of ownership, this company has declined in patient and customer services to say the least. They are solely focused on the money and not the customer. Their billing is either erroneous most of the time or, perhaps, out right fraudulent. MediCal and MediCare should audit them periodically.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They bought out and closed my local c-pap company, since then it has been a nightmare. Sent me wrong items, called to get a return label 3 times, they told me they would get a label to me every time but they never did. Can't call the complaint department and speak directly to someone, instead you have to leave a recording for your name and phone number. They never call you back.

3 calls to obtain a return label for incorrect supplies is two too many. Don't like that they settled a law suit about ripping off medcare either.

Sandy, Utah location is awful. When they called to go set up the appointment, they would not give me straight figures on cost. They told me my Insurance deductible is $5,000 when I know it is $3,000. I then verified with my insurance company and found out it was $3,000. I am convinced they were trying to get me to pay more upfront so that they could collect more from me and double bill the insurance. same problems as the out of phoenix az i recommend we write to our government state and federal health board to launch a investigation also your local media don’t waste your time with these idiots file complaints with your insurance company.
