August 11th, 2022 Steve from Pacific Pulmonary Services was just here to service my home oxygen concentrator. He brilliantly suggested an alternative to the portable oxygen concentrators that are on backorder, with no expected fulfillment date , by telling me about a smaller version of the Big Green tanks that are heavy and cumbersome to be dragging in and out of the car, there's an alternative that'll slip over my shoulder and allow me to run multiple errands and have oxygen. I’ve been transferred at least 10 times to other states. I was able to speak to someone here one time and then got transferred!! My mom needs her oxygen!!! I’m so scared and only this office can help us but they don’t answer!
