I've been helping a friend attempt to get into contact with Adapt to see if their CPAP supplies have arrived in time for their first appt -- a three hour drive round trip, so you can imagine why they might not want to go without certainty that the trip will be worth it. The phone number for assistance puts you on hold for hours with no one answering, the people on the help chat in their app literally told them "The information on the app is frequently incorrect and not updated nationwide." Adapt did call back once after days... read more

Absolutely one of the worst medical supply companies around. They seem great upfront but are completely unable to answer any questions regarding billing for cpap. I was told upfront in no uncertain terms that I purchased my cpap machine and paid an upfront cost. I was then told they billed insurance for a rental which included additional copays that I was unaware of, ultimately through insurance I would have paid more for a cpap with adapt than if I went and bought one outright myself somewhere else. save yourself the troubl... read more

Started off a few years ago needing oxygen supplies and the technician was awesome. I’ve gone through many Portable Oxygen machines and they always stop working a few minutes into my Dr appointments and important appointments. I then struggle to breathe and walk to my vehicle. Because I continue to get issued these worthless machines I’m not allowed oxygen canisters. Having respiratory failure is depressing and then to deal with a company that can careless if you can breathe and function properly makes me wonder if it’s wort... read more

Machine not there in time for my appointment so I wasted my time. Follow up from them to provide equipment didn't happen, I had to go back and then wait for all the paperwork that could've been done before I got there. When insurance mandates where to go for equipment the supplier just doesn't care (in my opinion). If there were a choice of supplier then I think it would matter how they handle clients.

I had a very good experience in getting a new BiPap machine and mask. I was greeted promptly for my appoint by Terry. He was patient and understanding, as well as agreeably funny, in taking me through how the machine works and in fitting and using a new and different style mask. All in all a quite good interaction.
