My friend who is on oxygen, needed to get some extra tanks to go with her when she went to Disneyland and their customer service was so bad they hung up on her three different times, they kept transferring her to the wrong department and she still never got to talk to anyone. The agents on the phone were rude and disrespectful. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this company.
Only idiots work here.
