Bradley Willey was our technician today. he was excellent at explaining things and being patient. He knew what he was doing and about the products he brought to us, which is a big help. He was considerate and informing had great manners and even got along with my dog.

Gotta say someone was having a bad day. I was due a replacement and was told from the California location that if I wanted to change masks types I could go get fitted here. This is not a store. Service providers work out of this office. The women whom asked if she could help me was extremely nice and I felt she dealt with me in an exceptionally professional manner. As I said this is an office they work out of, not a store front but it seemed to me that she did an exceptional job fitting the new mask and making me comfortable... read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. The worst customer service on the planet. Problems with pickups and delivery. The customer service person at extension 617 does not speak legibly. Her demands that I produce an authorization from my Pulmonary doctor or I will be billed don’t carry much weight with me. Pacific should have requested this information a month in advance not the ninth if. And why are you calling me? You should be contacting the provider.
