This is absolutely the WORST company I have had the displeasure of trying to work with! After waiting for a month to get a new bi-pap machine when mine quit working and a sleep study stating that I quit breathing 125 times in one hour, kept getting a runaround with customer service “and for this one we need a face to face” then “and for this one we need a sleep study” etc etc. then well we got the paper work but it is blurry, so we need a clear copy. Bradley Willey was our technician today. he was excellent at explaining things and being patient. He knew what he was doing and about the products he brought to us, which is a big help. He was considerate and informing had great manners and even got along with my dog.
