Bills from 2 different companies, OUTRAGEOUS prices (I only found out after going online and checking prices at other vendors). Very confusing billing. Go somewhere else unless your insurance covers everything, but then they’re being ripped off. Customer service can’t seem to give any answers.
This company has been great for me. I took a trip to Arizona and my concentrator had problems, the Adapt health over there gave me one for my time there. I meant to write a review then. Just thus Weekend my concentrator died. Todd from the Medford office is going to swap machines. I am so relieved that I got help even on the weekend.

Can't even talk to them on the phone. What a joke!!!
The best! I always get my supplies on time and the amount I need. They are wonderful compared to the company I felt with before them. So thankful!
