O call but they never return my calls...
Because I am unable to reach them, verify their address, or navigate their website, I must assume this is a fictitious company or a front for a scam. After an hour of research into them, it's clear this is not a company to do business with.
Since Pacific Pulmonary took over Associated Healthcare I’ve had nothing but problems. First off they are 3 hours behind my time (NY). I called for emergency tanks at 9:30 am to order. It’s now 12:08 pm & still haven’t heard anything yet. I’m stuck with this company for 2 more years. (Medicare). They said the call could take up to one business day. Any suggestions?
This company never answers the phone and takes a very long time to process orders. We have been waiting over a week for a call back. The customer service is unknowledgeable and extremely rude and unprofessional. Management is non-existent. Unfortunately if your loved one is on Medicare they make you stay for 5 years. I've reported this to Medicare and they are opening an investigation into this company.
