adapt health took on more than they can handle service SUCKS!! .
Worst company I have dealt with horrible service always getting the run around haven’t had my cpap machine sent to me always giving excuses of needing prior authorization from the doctor or health insurance waiting since October for my machine now there saying in 2022
I would give them a big fat Zero as well, if I could. They are the worst company to work with. I have asked for their oxygen equipment to be picked up for the past 5 month of which we had three appoints they never showed up for. Definitely, go with another company !!!!
My experience was having them almost run into me as I was making a left turn. Maybe they all need some of that oxygen they're cartin' around!! Learn how to drive!!!
I would also give it a 0 if I could. Switched to this company by a recommendation but never received a firm quote or cost until equipment was setup. We cancelled after received the first bill. Made arrangements to have the equipment picked up, they never came. I called and was told it would be another month before they would pick up but we would not be charged. They finally picked up the equipment but continued to bill us. We paid the 1 month we had and used the equipment and I called and they said that we did not owe any mo... read more
