I do not recommend this company for anything. They made a mistake and didn't deliver tanks to my mother on the scheduled day. I talked to a supervisor earlier in the day. I was told they were going to take care of it and have tanks delivered today. I received a call from a delivery tech and he said he couldn't make it on time. I called the number back only to be on hold for 1 hour and 23 mins. The newest supervisor said Ill receive a call from the dispatch supervisor. This isn't how we treat our weak elderly population. Total fly by night outfit. Their location is all but empty, 2 desks and a bunch of boxes, and empty space. Not even a sign out front..asked about it "the company changes name too often to put up new signs every time" , that should tell you everything you need to know. Tried calling the billing department, straight to voicemail, never returned any calls. Avoid at all cost, if your doctor sends you here, tell them to find a you different place.
Horrible been trying to get supplies for over a month

If I could give a MINUS 5 I would.... horrible, horrible. company. I have a billing issue.. they are making unauthorized charges to my credit card. I call and everyone just transfers me to a voice recording asking me to leave my number... they call me back and THAT PERSON transfers me to the voice recording.. I CAN'T GET ANY HELP...
