Bad Experience from the start. After leaving hospital with orders for oxygen Adapt Oxygen was contacted and sent a representative to fill the need for oxygen concentrator. He arrived ten hours later at 11pm with an older model machine. He provided only two oxygen tubes for nose air supply saying they should last about two weeks each. He promised to return the next day with a new machine and a steady supply of nose air tubes. That was in March. Difficult to reach these folks; calls are routed thru the California office and even then there is very lax follow-through...very frustrating.

Not particularly helpful or pleasant on the phone. And they are hard to get through to.
