Absolutely the worst experience with a medical provider I have ever had. Dr. Peter Zamfirescu-Alexander is terrible. I took my mother in to recertify her oxygen prescription. Mind you she has PLS which is a motor neuron disease resulting in her inability to walk/use her hands efficiently/swallowing difficulty etc. She also has chronic COPD and was prescribed oxygen BY this provider years prior to this. I tend to praise anyone in the medical field for doing what they do, unfortunately the unprofessionalism of this office is why I am leaving a one star. My appointment was in two days (waited over a month for this) and I get a call to reschedule per Dr. Petty’s absence. Next available date was 4 months out. No thank you.
I would like take the time to say that Dr Lien Tran goes above and beyond for her patient to make sure they get the care needed. She personally called the consultants to come up with a plan of care for me in a timely manner. She’s a great doctor!
If you have breathing problems this is the place to go. They really care about your health and so everything that they can to help you.
Adriana and their team have helped me tremendously when it comes to deal with my medical issues (DVT and Pulmonary embolism). They've picked up my calls, listened to my needs, and helped schedule meetings with other doctors even when they gain nothing from it. I appreciate all of their assistance.
