Their cold smoked spring salmon is impossibly delicious. Smoking firms the flesh and concentrates the flavour. Melts in the mouth. And no fishy taste whatsoever. No waste as the skin minus the flesh can be fried in butter for a crispy treat.
I have truly loved buying Pacific Prowler's fish the last few years, especially their amazing chinook, and am thrilled that they now have their own shop on Salt Spring selling multiple BC species!
The best salmon I've ever cooked!!! I'm obsessed.
