Poor experience. Not professionals at all, especially when it comes to profit analysis of practices and securing bank loans.
Dishonest, disorganized, poor communication. Thankfully, after an absolutely horrible experience with Ellie Wattles and Co., we went on to purchase an incredible practice without a broker. I strongly caution anyone considering using Pacific Professionals to facilitate their dream of practice ownership to reconsider. Aside from the several other highly reputable agencies available, you can secure a hospital without a broker if you have solid knowledge of the veterinary industry and a savvy attorney.
