For 21 years, I've had 4 business accounts and a personal account at the Torrance, CA location. The service and professionalism of the staff has been exemplary over the years, especially currently. I wish to thank each one there for always recognizing me as a person, and not merely a number, which I have experienced over the years at other banks. It may seem trivial, but it is special to be called by my name and always treated so well. Again, thank you.
Finally an honest bank. Absolutely great branch manager in Christine. No lies, no broken promises, no outrageous fees hidden in every monthly statement. Good people doing banking.
