I am all for community banks but Heritage Oaks demonstrated their total disregard for locals when they raised that monstrosity on Vine Street as their headquarters. It's an absolute desecration of what was once a beautiful Victorian neighborhood. It has a tacky flavor that I would expect to taste on the bottom of my shoe after following a horse parade down Main Street at Disneyland.
not Beach Cities Bank anymore – Was a great bank when under the Beach Cities name. We run a small business and they called us by name and were very friendly and acommadating. Then came Opus, all of a sudden the personal service went out the window, mistakes happened which took 3-5 phone calls and threats to resolve. We are finally fed up and moving to another small bank. Girls/tellars are great but management is terrible. Good-bye large corporate banking
