No power now for 28 hours (Chiloquin) due to an 'enhanced safety protocol' which means they shut it off. How about safety for your customers from heat stroke and dehydration. Or all your freezer food goes bad. Or hope you're not downwind of a fire and need water to suppress spot fires (which can flare up quite a distance from the actual fire) and you don't have any because your pumps don't work. Do better.

Anytime I read about Pacific power it's about increasing rates. I've lived here going on 2 years rates have increased four times. It's gone up approximately 50% in 2 years. My bill has gone from $75 a month to over $400. I'm a single mother it's ridiculous. Plus no one is home all day! We're moving out of state ASAP! Plus they have a monopoly! We have no other options for electric service and they take advantage of that.
Wish we could say they are easy to deal with
