Charged me $185 to turn my generator on for a few hours and say the fuel pump was making noise. It was not under warranty after all and they wanted $650 to replace it. The fuel pump has 2 bolts and 2 fittings that take 15 minutes to replace. Rip off, I would find another honest shop.
This shop is amazing. Second generation and the son of the founder is there everyday running the business. These guys really care and will do whatever it takes to get you up and running. Staff is very professional and they have technicians with 50 plus years of experience. Highly recommend!!
Excellent Service, friendly parts and service tech's, thought I was going to need a new generator (fuel in the oil) new choke kit and plugs and running again like new, fixed in one Day, Thanks
DO NOT RENT THEIR GENERATORS. Not one, not two, not three, but 4 generators in 40 days all due to DEF issues. Worst part is they know the machines are problematic and have issues yet they still send them out. Please be cautious, we lost a lot of business due to these defective generators.
