They are rude . Just called to make sure about the bill and they were so rude and yelled at me.They replaced turbo for our truck and after one week while talking load to California our truck gave problem and ,we were told that turbo has stopped working.We came back to pacific powers ,showed them the dyno report.They said report is wrong and our turbo is working properly ,which was not. even to check whether the turbo was working or not they made bill for 5K. They are the worst .What we felt wrong was their way of talking.
Beside the fact they are rude, they are cheaters too.Don't buy parts from them. When you bought a part like starter, alternator etc they will give you warrenty for one year or so. But when parts don't work within warrenty period they decline warrenty with some non sense issues. This thing happend to me and my friend twice.
